Ceramic Fibre Insulation Board, 1000mm x 500mm x 50mm
This is a high quality ceramic fibre insulation board designed for high temperature environments.
It has a 1260 degree C classification but a sensible maximum working temperature of up to 1000 degrees.
This material has a wide range of uses. It is a supplied in a compressed board state which can easily be cut with a fine tooth saw (but wear a mask!).
Heavy duty 300kg/m3 (+/-10%)
Crushing strength 0.5Mpa
While being a great insulation material, it doesn't cope well with water so ensure your design takes this into account. If it is likely to get wet calcium silicate board is a better option.
The 50mm thickness is an excellent grade for insulating under pizza ovens for residential use.
Each sheet weighs approximately 9kg

Smaller items are sent on Aramex or Posthaste Couriers which are normally 1-2 business days to deliver. Mainfreight deliveries are usually 2-3 days.

North Island: $10 Urban $15 for Rural per 25kg of weight.
South Island $15 Urban and $25 for Rural per 25kg of weight.
Orders over 100kg are shipped to Mainfreight depots for collection - pricing from $50.
