Aluminium Kit Set Stand For 800mm Internal Diameter Oven

Take the hassle out of stand construction and get on with building your oven quickly with this easy build aluminium stand.

The stand is constructed of heavy duty marine grade aluminium and is designed and made right here in New Zealand. It is made to last and look the business! 

The chunky 100mm wide profiles provide exceptional strength and solid appearance. 

1200mm wide x 1400mm deep, it will give you an end height of 950mm which will result in an oven floor height of 1050mm and a front landing of approximately 250mm.

The stand comes as a flat pack and assembly takes a relaxed hour. There are just 38 bolts.

The stand is constructed prior to being concreted into place.  This allows you to move the stand around to find the perfect spot.  You then mark around the base of the legs which gives you the locations to dig the footing holes.  The holes are dug 600mm deep by 300mm wide and the stand legs are suspended in the holes by 400mm.  This suspension is done by putting props or packers under the bottom horizontal frames.  It is easy to achieve a level stand even on gently sloping land. The holes are then filled with concrete.  Once cured, reinforcing steel and concrete is added to the top tray and you are ready to build your oven.  

You can leave the stand unpainted or we can powder coat it up for you in your colour of choice from  the Dulux Duralloy Powder Coat range for an additional $350. Click here to see the colour range.  The lead-time on this is 2-3 weeks.  

The kit does not include the concrete for the footings or top slab.  You can add the reinforcing steel for top slab for an additional $50 which is cut and bent to size.
