800mm Pizza Oven Building Kit - Primal Premium 800 Pack

This kit includes everything you need to build an 800mm dome diameter pizza oven once you have built the concrete slab (hearth) for it to sit on. It will take you from the base insulation to finishing plaster and undercoat.  You just need to paint it up the colour you want. 

 This kit will build you a top quality oven you will be proud of and use for many years.

• Calcium silicate base insulation boards 
• Dense refractory bricks for the floor + diamond cutting blade
• 800mm dome diameter cardboard mould (assembly required)
• Refractory grade arch bricks - 8 full and 4 half - no cutting required
• Flue entry mould plus stainless steel flue starter ring
• 180Kg of refractory high temperature mortar (NZ made)
• Ceramic insulation blanket for the dome (enough for two layers of 25mm)
• 150mm x 900mm stainless steel flue
• 200mm x900mm stainless flue (for dual flue system)
• Stainless steel flue rain cap 
• Insulation for between flues
• Aluminium foil
• Specialist heavy duty plastering mesh
• 100kg of 27mpa waterproof mortar for building and shaping
• Three part professional exterior plastering system including reinforcing mesh, sand paper and finishing sponge.
• Copper or stainless steel decorative ring pack 
• Curvinator 3000 - custom made plaster dome shaping tool
• Artists plastic trowel for creating curves and shaping
• Door kit including mould, handle, reinforcing and mortar
• Specialist undercoat paint primer for the outside of the oven
• Plus many other additives and building aids. 
• Full instructions for building the oven using these components.  
• Access to detailed online building tutorials - Approximately 200 minutes of video broken down into different sections for different days.  Watch a segment then complete that section of the build.

To add a copper or stainless decorative ring around the flue please purchase separately from the shop.  These really add some class to the look of the oven.

Note: This is designed for outdoor residential use only and MUST to be constructed on a concrete slab.  

In the shop the freight will be calculated to a local Mainfreight depot for you to collect.  Just pick the one closest to you.  It is quite expense to get them delivered to an urban residential address but we are happy to quote for it so please email us on info@primalfires.co.nz

Sorry we cannot ship to rural addresses.  The cost is too prohibitive as the delivery trucks will charge by the km.  

It takes 2-3 days to put these kits together as there are a number of components. Once you purchase the kit we will be in touch update you on delivery times.
